JIS K6741 VP (AW) PIPES

JIS K6741 VP pipes, also referred to as AW pipes within industrial contexts, are engineered to withstand rigorous applications.

These pipes adhere to a stringent standard, making them ideal for integration into systems involving pumps and mechanical plants for fluid conveyance purposes, with a maximum working pressure capability of up to 10 bars.

Moreover, AW pipes seamlessly complement JIS K6739 TS (AW) fittings, ensuring compatibility and facilitating efficient assembly within industrial setups.

JIS K6741 VU (AE) PIPES

JIS K6741 VU pipes, commonly referred to as AE pipes within the industry, offer optimal performance for drainage applications. Their ability to withstand light pressure variations of up to a maximum of 6 bars, enhances their versatility, rendering them ideal for various drainage purposes such as rainwater downpipes and drainage uses.

For pipe diameters above 50mm, one end of the pipe is socket-ended, facilitating seamless connections with other pipe lengths without necessitating additional sockets.

AE pipes seamlessly integrate with JIS K6739 VU-DV (AE) fittings, ensuring compatibility and facilitating streamlined assembly within drainage systems.

RWDP (AEO) PIPES

In response to the regional need for pipes tailored for non-pressurized environments, AEO pipes feature thinner walls. Designed for general drain and vent purposes without the need for pressure containment, this standard of pipes offers practical solutions for various drainage needs. Notably, one end of the pipe is socket-ended, facilitating direct connections with other pipe lengths without the necessity of additional sockets.

These pipes are engineered to complement JIS K6739 VU-DV (AE) fittings, ensuring compatibility and facilitating hassle-free installation within non-pressurized drainage systems.
